Growth Architect AI is licensed software delivered digitally and designed to run offline on your computer after activation.
Because of the nature of digital software and license key delivery, the following policy applies.
The Starter version is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes and carries no refund eligibility.
All paid plans provide multiple license keys that are valid for 30 days from the moment the first license key is activated.
All license keys included in an order share the same activation window and expire 30 days after the first activation.
This means license keys cannot be used sequentially across different months.
Once an order is completed and license keys have been generated and delivered, the software is considered used and accessible, and refunds cannot be issued.
This is standard practice for digital software products where license keys are immediately issued and cannot be revoked.
Refunds will only be considered if:
The software file is proven to be corrupted and cannot open, and
Support is unable to resolve the issue.
