Growth Architect AI has minimal installation requirements and can be up and running in just a few minutes.
Your SEO data stays on your machine.
Growth Architect AI analyses your imported GSC, GA4 and Screaming Frog data locally on your computer. Your SEO analysis data is not uploaded to Growth Architect AI for processing.
Licence activation is separate. Internet access may be required to activate and register your licence. Once activated, the SEO analysis itself runs locally.
Depending on your selected package, Growth Architect AI may be activated across multiple approved team members within your organization.

Each activation is intended for internal business or team use according to your selected package.
This process applies to both the free Starter Edition and all paid packages.
After completing checkout, you will receive:

Your Quick Start Guide PDF
Your activation license key(s)
CSV converter
Your order confirmation page contains both download links.
Your confirmation email contains your license key(s) as well as both download links.
Save the downloaded .xlsb file to a folder on your computer.

Open the .xlsb file in Microsoft Excel. The first time you open the software, Microsoft Excel may display a security notification.
Click:
Enable Content
This allows Growth Architect AI to run correctly.
To avoid future Excel security prompts.
In Excel go to:
File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Trusted Locations
Add the folder where you saved Growth Architect AI. Once added, Excel will trust files in that folder automatically.
Your license key(s) are included in your confirmation email
Inside the software:
1. Open the LICENSE screen
2. Paste your activation key
3. Enter email address that license key(s) were emailed to.
4. Click Activate
You are now ready to begin.
Follow the guided instructions. Growth Architect AI will help you turn your website data into clear, actionable insights in minutes.
After generating reports:
1. Export your analysis to PDF
2. Save or share the report
3. Open reports on:
o phones
o tablets
o Macs
o client devices
Windows Excel is only required to RUN the software — not to VIEW exported PDF reports.
