How To Install Growth Architect AI And Run Your First Analysis
Important: Licence activation and SEO analysis are separate.
Internet access may be required to activate and register your licence. Once activated, Growth Architect AI analyses your imported GSC, GA4 and Screaming Frog data locally on your computer. Your SEO analysis data is not uploaded to Growth Architect AI for processing.
Get Growth Architect AI installed, activated, and ready to run your first SEO analysis.
FIRST TIME
Install → Activate → Prepare Data → Import → Analyse
EVERY TIME AFTER
Export → Prepare → Import → Analyse
1. Download Growth Architect AI
Download your Growth Architect AI ZIP file and save it to your Windows computer.
Important: Growth Architect AI requires Microsoft Excel Desktop for Windows.
2. Extract The ZIP
Right-click the ZIP file and select:
Extract All
Open the extracted folder.
3. Open Growth Architect AI
Double-click the Growth Architect AI Excel file.
If Excel displays security messages:
Enable Editing
Enable Content
Close Excel, right-click the downloaded Growth Architect AI file, select Properties, and check whether an Unblock option is available. If so, select it, click Apply, then reopen the file.
4. Activate Your License
Enter your:
License Key
Email Address
Then click Activate.
Once activated, you’re ready to use Growth Architect AI.
5. Prepare Your SEO Data
Growth Architect AI uses data from three sources:
Google Search Console
Export your data as CSV.
Google Analytics 4
Export your data as CSV.
Screaming Frog
Export your Internal crawl as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx).
6. Prepare Your GSC And GA4 CSV Files
Your Growth Architect AI package includes a simple CSV Converter.
GSC
Export CSV → Open Converter → Upload GSC CSV → Convert → Copy
Then paste the cleaned data into the IMPORT GSC page in Growth Architect AI.
GA4
Export CSV → Open Converter → Upload GA4 CSV → Convert → Copy
Then paste the cleaned data into the IMPORT GA4 page.
Screaming Frog
No converter is required.
Export your Internal crawl as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx) and paste it directly into the IMPORT SF page.
7. Run Your Analysis
Once your three data sources are imported, run the analysis.
Growth Architect AI processes the data locally and presents:
Top Actions
What deserves attention first.
Deep Dives
Deeper analysis of specific SEO and business issues.

You don’t need to become an Excel expert.
