Good news.
Once your software has been activated, you do not need to enter your license key again every time you use it.
Your first setup involves a few steps because Growth Architect AI needs to configure itself and connect your license to your installation.
After that, using the software is much simpler.
For your next analysis, you simply:
- Export your Google Search Console data.
- Export your Google Analytics 4 data.
- Export your Screaming Frog data.
- Paste the three CSV files into Growth Architect AI.
- Run your analysis.
That’s it.
So the first setup takes a few minutes.
After that, you’re simply refreshing the data and running the analysis again.

Don’t worry.
You do not need to be an Excel expert.
You do not need to be a computer expert.
Just follow the steps one at a time.

Growth Architect AI uses three files:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
You will get these three files first.
Then you will put them into Growth Architect AI.
That’s it.
Before You Start
You need:
1. A Windows computer
Growth Architect AI runs on Windows.
2. Microsoft Excel
You need Microsoft Excel with macros enabled.
3. Three CSV files
You will need:
Google Search Console CSV
Google Analytics 4 CSV
Screaming Frog CSV
Don’t worry if you don’t have these files yet.
This guide shows you how to get them.
Step 1: Download Growth Architect AI
After you download Growth Architect AI, you will receive your software files.
You will also receive your license key.
First:
Download the ZIP file.
Save it somewhere easy to find.
For example:
Downloads
or
Documents
Step 2: Open the ZIP File
Find the ZIP file you just downloaded.
It will look something like this:
Growth Architect AI.zip
Do this:
1. Right-click the ZIP file.
2. Click Properties.
3. Look for “Unblock”.
4. If you see Unblock, tick the box.
5. Click OK.
Then:
6. Right-click the ZIP file again.
7. Click “Extract All”.
8. Choose where you want to save the software.
9. Click Extract.
You should now have a folder containing the Growth Architect AI files.
STOP HERE.
Make sure you can see the new Growth Architect AI folder before continuing.
Step 3: Open Growth Architect AI
Open the folder you just extracted.
Find the Growth Architect AI Excel file.
It will be the .xlsb file.
Double-click the file.
Microsoft Excel will open.
You may see a security message.
Don’t panic.
This is normal. Growth Architect AI uses Excel macros to make the software work.
Step 4: Enable Macros
You may see a yellow message at the top of Excel.
You may see:
Enable Content
Click:
ENABLE CONTENT
This is important.
Growth Architect AI cannot work correctly if macros are disabled.
After you click Enable Content, wait a few seconds for the software to start.
Step 5: Enter Your License Key
The first screen you see will ask you to activate the software.
You need two things:
Your license key
and
Your email address
Your license key was sent to you by email.
Do this:
1. Copy your license key from your email.
2. Paste it into the license box.
3. Enter the email address used when you received the license.
4. Click “Activate”.
5. Then click CONTINUE TO APP
Next Time Is Easier
The first setup is the longest part because you need to activate the software.
When you come back for your next analysis, you don’t repeat this setup.
Just refresh your three data exports, paste them into Growth Architect AI, and run the analysis.
The more often you use it, the simpler the workflow becomes.
You Are Now In Growth Architect AI
This is where you will start each time you open the software from now on.
You will now see the main control screen.
Don’t start clicking everything yet.
Look for the button:
READ THIS FIRST
Click it.
This screen explains exactly how to prepare and import your three CSV files.
Read it before importing anything.
Once you have finished, you will return to the main screen — your System Control Panel.

System Control Panel – Import Your SEO Data (3x CSV files)
The Read This First button provides a complete step-by-step guide, as well as important information about the Google Analytics 4 CSV file that must be followed.
Reminder: Make sure that the start and end dates of your Google Search Console AND Google Analytics 4 CSV files are the SAME.
VERY IMPORTANT
You must import:
1. Google Search Console
2. Google Analytics 4
3. Screaming Frog
ALL THREE.
When all three files have been imported, Growth Architect AI will process the information.
You will see:
SYSTEM READY: Top Actions Unlocked
Now click on the

That means:
Growth Architect AI has analysed your data.
The analysis is ready.
Top Actions – This Is Where The Interesting Stuff Starts.
Growth Architect AI reviews information from your three data sources and prioritizes and identifies pages that need attention.
It also finds pages that are already performing well.
Understanding the Top Actions Window
Think of Top Actions as your quick briefing page.
It gives you a summary of the most important things Growth Architect AI has found in your data.
The number of items shown depends on your Growth Architect AI package.
But Top Actions is only the quick view.
Deep Dives – Want To See More? Click a Deep Dive Button To See The Full Story.
That’s where our Deep Dive buttons come in.
You will see 10 Deep Dive buttons:
🔵 5 blue buttons
🟢 5 green buttons
Each button takes you to a different Deep Dive report.
The Deep Dive reports show more detailed information about that specific type of issue or opportunity.
So, in simple terms:
TOP ACTIONS = QUICK BRIEF
DEEP DIVE BUTTON = FULL REPORT

HIGH IMPRESSIONS — LOW TRAFFIC
Google is showing your page.
But not many people are clicking it.
HIGH TRAFFIC — LOW ENGAGEMENT
